Step-by-step instructions on how to create a team in Playhubin

Step 1: Download

Click Install to download the file and begin the installation process.

Go to the Downloads folder and double-click the installation file.

Follow the instructions of the installation wizard to complete the process.

After installation, the program shortcut will appear on your desktop automatically.

Step 2: Create a Team Profile

Go to the “Team Management” section

Select “Create a New Team”

Fill in the basic information:

Team Name

City of Base

Year Founded

Team Description

Contact Details

Upload a Team Logo

Select Team Colours

Save Profile

Step 3: Set Up Team Settings

Go to “Team Settings”

Select the Team Type:

Professional

Amateur

College

Select the Game Format:

Test Cricket

One Day

T20

Set the Privacy Level:

Public Team

Private Team

Set Up Access Rights for Team Members

Step 4: Add Players

Open the “Team Roster” section

Click “Add Player”

For each player, specify:

Full Name

Date of Birth

Role in the Team

Specialization

Statistics (if any)

Appoint a Team Captain

Decide vice-captain

Assign player numbers

Step 5: Create a team structure

Go to “Organization chart”

Add team personnel:

Head coach

Assistant coaches

Team manager

Assign roles and responsibilities

Establish a management hierarchy

Step 6: Set up a schedule

Open the team calendar

Add regular training sessions:

Days of the week

Time

Venue

Add upcoming matches

Set reminders

Set up notifications for team members

Step 7: Manage inventory

Go to the “Inventory” section

Create a list of required equipment

Assign existing inventory

Set up a booking system

Create rules of use

Step 8: Statistics and analytics

Activate the statistics module

Set up tracking of:

Individual metrics

Team results

Attendance

Player progress

Create a system reporting

Set up automatic analysis
